Returns and Refunds
Our returns period is currently 45 days.
You can return your item, even if there is nothing wrong with it for a full refund or to swap for another item within this period.
There should be a returns form with your order, if you need to print one you can download it HERE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with the tags still on.
Please send your return with a note of your name, email address, order number and if you would like a refund or an exchange to:

You must pay the postage back to us and we always suggest a tracked parcel is the best. We are sadly not liable for any parcels that go missing before they reach us.
